Live classes begin in July 2026. Two 25-minute sessions back-to-back, twice a week — join any class designed for your level. Each week's schedule is posted in advance.

If you want a private session with Dan, see the shop page for booking. Sessions are over Zoom with direct training and feedback, plus a setup for the weeks ahead specific to your needs.
