Total Balance Company is committed to making our website and programs accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of our mission to help everyone live with confidence, mobility, and independence.
Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological needs.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML and ARIA labels so screen readers can navigate the site.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Maintain color contrast that meets AA targets for body text and controls.
- Support keyboard navigation for menus, forms, and interactive elements.
- Add captions and transcripts to instructional videos where available.
- Design layouts that reflow and remain usable on phones, tablets, and desktops.
Known limitations
Some older video content may not yet include full captions or transcripts, and a few third-party embedded tools may not fully meet our standards. We are actively working to improve these areas.
