PLEASE READ THIS LIMITED WARRANTY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS EQUIPMENT. BY USING THIS EQUIPMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THAT YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
By setting up the Total Balance Board and starting any program including the use of the Total Balance System, the user confirms he or she has read all information, understands the risks, and assumes responsibility for their, his or her use thereof. If you do not agree with the terms set herein, do not remove the Total Balance Board or accessories from the box. Immediately contact a Total Balance Representative who will arrange for the return of the product as set in our return policy.
Total Balance Company Basic Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty, and any implied warranties that may exist under applicable law, extend only to the original purchaser and last only for as long as the original purchaser continues to own the product.
Total Balance Company warrants to the original purchaser that this Total Balance Board, Program and Accessories will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the period noted below from date of purchase. During this Limited Warranty period, Total Balance Company will either repair or replace, at its option, defective units or part(s) at no charge to the customer, expect shipping / handling costs:
- 2 Year Board Warranty
• 1 Year Poles and Clip Warranty - 1 Year Stability Half-Ball Warranty • 1 Year Resistance Bands Warranty • 1 Year Clip Release Key Warranty • 1 Year Safety Pole Hooks Warranty
This Limited Warranty covers any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process or damage caused by shipment from Total Balance Company. However, if the damage is deemed the shipping companies’ fault, the customer will contact the shipper and demand reimbursement form them directly. Total Balance Company will offer the option to purchase shipping protection insurance. If the purchaser declines this offer, the customer is accepting responsibility for the damage and will hold Total Balance Company harmless and not responsible for any damages occurring from the shipper. Total Balance Company does not warranty products against normal wear and tear, or if there are unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper use, improper maintenance, misuse or neglect, or if the product is used for a purpose other than home use for which it is intended. Warrantied products will be replaced or repaired, at Total Balance Company discretion, with new or factory reconditioned parts. A Total Balance Company credit will only be given if the product or required part is no longer available. Except as expressly set forth in these terms and conditions, Total Balance Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or resulting from the use of a Total Balance Company product.
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover any faults caused by lack of maintenance, intentional damage, breakages outside of intended use, misuse, incorrect assembly or normal wear and tear.
This Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law. This Limited Warranty is subject to further limitations if the product is shipped outside the continental United States.
Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts. If you reside in a state which retains implied warranties notwithstanding the foregoing disclaimer, to the extent permitted by applicable law, ALL LEGALLY REQUIRED IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR INTENDED USE ARE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
The Limited Warranty set forth above shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. Correction of defects, in the manner and for the period of time described above, shall constitute complete fulfillment of all liabilities and responsibilities of Total Balance Company to the original purchaser with respect to the product, and shall constitute full satisfaction of all claims, whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. In no event shall Total Balance Company be liable or in any other way responsible for damages or defects in the product which were caused by repairs or attempted repairs performed by anyone other than a Total Balance Company authorized representative. Nor shall Total Balance Company be liable or responsible for any incidental or consequential economic or property damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damage, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Total Balance Company also offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty available for purchase at additional cost. Purchase of the Total Balance Company Balance Board Lifetime Limited Warranty will cover the complete system of the Total Balance Board and Accessories. The Lifetime Limited Warranty will cover:
- The Total Balance Board
• The Resistance Bands – Original or Additionally Purchased - The Stability Half-Ball
• The Stability Safety Poles and Clips
• The Safety Hooks
• The Safety Grip Handles
• The Clip Release Key
Loss, damage, or faults caused by lack of maintenance, rain, fire, flood, earthquake, or other forces majeure, UV damage, misuse, incorrect assembly or a combination of any of the above are not covered by our Lifetime Limited Warranty. The Lifetime Limited Warranty is also subject to the same terms and conditions applicable to the Limited Warranty set forth above.

Clearly state what the problem is and include the following information:
- Invoice number
•Purchaser name and address
•Date of purchase
•Description of item
•Short description of the problem
•Best daytime contact number
•Include at least three different photographs of the fault or damage
We will contact you within 10 working days to arrange the best solution for you.
- Any item that is found to have a manufacturing defect within the stated warranty period will be repaired or exchanged within 25 working days, dependent on replacement part stock availability.
- The first month of any of our warranties covers absolutely all costs (parts, service, but not freight).
- If your Total Balance Board is outside the applicable warranty period, we may still be able to repair it; however, the cost of the repair including any freight will be charged to the customer.
- We will always meet or exceed our obligation to provide a remedy to the problem.
- Unless otherwise stated in writing, the applicable warranty applies only to use in a suitable home environment. The applicable warranty does not apply to commercial uses.
- An original invoice must accompany all warranty claims.
- The Total Balance Board and accessories warranty is only provided to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any other party.
- The Total Balance Board and Accessories warranty covers any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. It does not cover any faults or damage caused by the shipping / shipper company, lack of maintenance, weather damage, UV damage, fire, flood, forces of nature, misuse, incorrect assembly or tampering.
Total Balance Company Lifetime Limited Warranty
Shipping & Delivery
We only ship to the continental USA. Any international orders, (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories) will incur additional shipping and handling charges.
NOTE: Please review your order carefully as we cannot make changes after it has been invoiced and shipped. All orders will be shipped at your cost. Please note rural deliveries may incur a freight charge. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service team by email:
Delivery times:
Orders confirmed and paid will normally be processed and dispatched within 2 working days (Mon – Fri).
- For deliveries, please allow approx. up to 14 working days weeks. (Delivery to Rural Addresses normally takes an extra 2-5 days).
- All orders are shipped using tracking numbers. No signature requires for delivery.
• Orders placed on weekends and/or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. - Orders paid for by credit card are securely processed when your order is shipped.
• We cannot delay or hold dispatch of completed orders. - We use a third-party logistics companies and agents to deliver orders; therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day or time. You may be contacted by the delivery service and may be able to make arrangements directly with it.
Total Balance Board delivery:
- All Products are delivered securely to your exterior doorstep only, by courier and/or third-party transport. Delivery beyond the exterior doorstep is at the discretion of the delivery service and is not guaranteed.
- Upon delivery of your Total Balance Board, inspect the packaging for signs of any damage.
- You MUST notify us, if you have selected the insurance coverage option, within 24 hours of any internal or external damages to your goods at Email: Support@totalbalancecompany.com
- If you did not purchase the shipping insurance option:
Contact the shipping company immediately – our usual method of shipping is UPS / USPS / FedEx.
Rural deliveries:
- NOTE: Delivery to rural addresses normally takes extra 2-5 days.
- Please provide a daytime contact phone number so the rural courier or delivery service can contact you to organize delivery of your goods.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact our Customer Service Team by email at:

This policy applies to products purchased direct from Total Balance Company and includes Total Balance Board, and accessories. If you purchased a Total Balance Board from a retail store, please refer to the store return policy.
Total Balance Company accepts returns of merchandise only under the following conditions.
- You must receive an RMA number from Total Balance Company before shipping the product to us. • RMA must be authorized within the 30 day return period.
- Products returned without an RMA number will not be refunded or credited and will be discarded.
- Your return must be received no later than two (2) weeks after we have provided your RMA number.
- Products must be returned undamaged in suitable packaging (preferably original cartons).
- Must be in original condition with all accessories and materials included.
- Refunds do not include shipping and handling. Returns are at the expense of the customer.
- There will be a $40 return shipping cost deducted from the refund after we have received the system back. There is also a $50 restocking fee for all returns unless within the 30 day window of the guarantee at which time only the shipping fee will be deducted. Any return outside of this 30 day return policy cannot waive the restocking fee. If covered by the Limited Warranty for manufacturing defects, Total Balance Company has the right to ask for the defective items to be returned before shipping out a replacement part, or deciding to have you destroy the defective item.
Unauthorized Returns
Total Balance Company defines an unauthorized return as any merchandise returned to our facilities without a valid and current RMA number issued by Total Balance Company has. Failure to properly mark packages with a valid RMA number, or allowing an RMA number to expire, will cause Total Balance Company to consider a return unauthorized. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for refund or credit and Total Balance Company will discard the product. The customer assumes all shipping and handling charges for any unauthorized return.
Order Cancellation Policy
Your order begins processing as soon as you click the “Submit” button or place the authorized phone order commitment. After submission, it may be possible to cancel your order by calling us directly. Once inventory has been allocated to your order, it cannot be canceled.
IMPORTANT: Any attempts to cancel your order after it moves into the shipping process does not guarantee the order will not be shipped.
If you change your mind about the order or we are unable to stop your order, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy, at customers expense.
