Dear Total Balance Company Family,
Thank you for being a part of an amazing community family. Sometimes something happens that makes me stop for a moment, and realize the gifts that you share with me each day. The stories you share, the success you experience and the opportunity for me to hear of the life changing affect Total Balance Company is having with you. As many of you know, I never created the Total Balance Company to sell. It was created to help one person – Bob Eubanks. His results were so amazing others close to him saw the dramatic difference the Total Balance Company system made to Bob’s physical, and even more psychological, well-being they asked for help – and that turned into where we are today. As the Total Balance Company was created for one person, it is still that way. YOU. Every single one of you is special and so important. We are truly proud to be a part of your life and proud for you to be a part of ours. I could not be happier to share with you this Hero of the Week. A young lady who made my week with her message in my Facebook LIVE class. I will let you read on, but know I am cheering you all on. Every single one of you and your success.
November has been a very tough month for us. Our website crashed and email system went AWOL. The website was back up within 24 hours, but the emails were down for close to FIVE days. I can tell you, from the bottom of my heart, it was gut wrenching not to be able to reach out to those of you who were sending in customer help needs, and we had no idea who, what or why – and unable to respond. We care so much we have built an in-home customer service center, removed the third-party help, as we wanted to be able to train your support team to be the very best possible. Our Call Center, Email center, is now fully run by Wendy and her team and we will always do all we can to help support you and the mission you are on to health and wellness. Your success is our success. We will not lose sight of why we started Total Balance Company and the results possible.
November 22nd – Happy Birthday to my Dad back in England. 80 years young and wishing you, Dad, many more amazing years of exploration and discovery. Keep living life beyond the limitations of expectation.
Join me on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am PST, in our private Total Balance Company Facebook Group or see the workouts on YouTube. Kathy is teaching her incredible class LIVE on Wednesdays at 9am PST. Debbie will be teaching Mondays and Fridays at 9:30am PST. on the Total Balance Company and a special Saturday class for movement without the Total Balance Company as you get back to free movement. See you on one or all of them! We truly care.
Love always,
Dan
Total Balance Company HERO OF THE WEEK – November 1st, 2020.
TIP of the NEWSLETTER
The Tip this week is a little different. Here is a post I shared on Facebook but I felt so powerful I had to share it here too. We spend so many years trying to prove we are right or know more than our seniors – only to find out our seniors have so much wisdom, and they let us discover what they already know. If only i had the smarts to listen and trust i could have awakened years earlier and flowed through life with more grace and peace. I have spoken to so many amazing seniors these past few years – and also some tough ones! But the kindness i have felt and caring hearts really separate the person from the crowd. I am so happy with the amazing group we have here – happiness is my goal in life for me. What is your personal goal? Starting with #1 on the list below – i encourage you all to find happiness and love yourself – because YOU are worth it. Have a beautiful rest of 2020. Love Dan
A little something to ponder…
I asked one of my friends who has crossed 70 & is heading to 80 what sort of changes he is feeling in himself?
He sent me the following very interesting lines, which I would like to share with you ….
#1 After loving my parents, my siblings, my spouse, my children, my friends, now I have started loving myself.
#2 I just realized that I am not “Atlas”. The world does not rest on my shoulders.
#3 I now stopped bargaining with vegetables & fruits vendors. A few pennies more is not going to burn a hole in my pocket but it might help the poor fellow save for his daughter’s school fees.
#4 I pay my waitress a big tip. The extra money might bring a smile to her face. She is toiling much harder for a living than me
#5 I stopped telling the elderly that they’ve already narrated that story many times. The story makes them walk down the memory lane & relive the past.
#6 I have learned not to correct people even when I know they are wrong. The onus of making everyone perfect is not on me. Peace is more precious than perfection.
#7 I give compliments freely & generously. Compliments are a mood enhancer not only for the recipient, but also for me. And a small tip for the recipient of a compliment, never, NEVER turn it down, just say “Thank You”
#8 I have learned not to bother about a crease or a spot on my shirt. Personality speaks louder than appearances.
#9 I walk away from people who don’t value me. They might not know my worth, but I do.
#10 I remain cool when someone plays dirty to outrun me in the rat race. I am not a rat & neither am I in any race.
#11 I am learning not to be embarrassed by my emotions. It’s my emotions that make me human.
#12 I have learned that it’s better to drop the ego than to break a relationship. My ego will keep me aloof, whereas with relationships I will never be alone.
#13 I have learned to live each day as if it’s the last. After all, it might be the last.
#14 I am doing what makes me happy. I am responsible for my happiness, and I owe it to myself. Happiness is a choice. You can be happy at any time, just choose to be!
I decided to send this to all my friends. Why do we have to wait to be 70 or 80, why can’t we practice this at any stage and age….
GO TO Facebook and follow us @60uPFitness and join our private group so you can see us live – and send me questions during the 40-minute live event – I answer all questions and will also adapt workouts to YOUR request too. See you there.
Cheering you on. Stay safe, stay healthy and stay educated. With your brain and body working together – the world is yours. And don’t forget your friends, help them share your journey by helping them get a Total Balance Company too.
