Resistance Bands 50+100cm

The resistance bands allow for upper body strengthening. The bands will help increase everyday tasks, while also incorporating balance training. Added resistance will increase muscle strength. There is nothing better for living life than the ability to move with the full body strength to join any form of physical task or activity.
There are two sets of bands, the long and short that come with each set. The short bands, attaching to the front the board and adding balance challenges with the strengthening exercises, are for upper body muscle exercises below the shoulder. The long bands, optional connection to the side of the board, are used for upper body muscle training above the shoulder. Each set, all colors, come with the two short and two long bands.
