Dear Total Balance Company Family,

Happy July. We again experience a world that is brand new to us in reality check. BUT … this month also celebrates Independence. I arrived in the USA on June 26th 1992. My very first “party” was July 4th. It was “interesting” meeting my new Country by celebrating kicking out the English. I always smile thinking back to my first experience of an American Celebration. And if anyone knows how to celebrate a National Holiday and Historical event, it is America! This newsletter is to wish you all a wonderful July 4th, and stay focused on your Independence. Mentally, physically and emotionally there has never been a more testing time in my lifetime with events around the world and yet the Total Balance Company continues to keep me free with mental freedom to reach out to you all, physical strength and balance conditioning be on or off Facebook LIVE, and emotionally connected to know my health is my responsibility to do the work and share as much as I can with you.

Talking of Independence, what better way to be inspired than with Bob’s story below? I do not really need to give him an introduction. Only to say read his story. When it came across my desk it gave me shivers and a sense of amazement knowing that our Total Balance Company family continues to share an energy and positivity in life changing reality stories. Inspiration comes in many forms. Today that form is Bob S.

Cheering you all on to a fantastic July 4th and let me know if I can help your battle for independence. Join me @60uPFitness on Tuesdays / Thursdays and Fridays at 9am PST, or see the workouts on YouTube.

Take it away Bob!

Total Balance Company HERO OF THE WEEK – July 1st 2020

TIP of the NEWSLETTER

This is a simple tip. It will help create a stronger connection of brain to body repetitive movement. As you warm up and feel comfortable doing the step tap first exercise, feel balanced and strong, try doing the same movement with your eyes closed. Just the step tap. Hold the handles and open the eyes at any point you feel uncomfortable. However, allow the test of repetitive movement without vision, to see how amazing your body is to repeat with extra sensory connection. Just FEELING the movement and finding how your body can repeat a movement perfectly will strengthen the ability to move your feet and stay balanced when outside and using ALL your senses. We often do some form of eyes closed exercises on Facebook LIVE. Come join us.

We are LIVE on Facebook – 9am PST Tuesdays – Beginner and Slower Feeling Workouts / Thursdays – Intermediate and Short Resistance Band Workouts  / Fridays / Advanced and Red Stability Ball, Long Resistance Band Workouts – GO TO Facebook and follow us @60uPFitness so you can see us live – and send me questions during the 40 minute live event – I answer all questions and will also adapt workouts to YOUR request too. See you there.

Cheering you on. Stay safe, stay healthy and stay educated. With your brain and body working together – the world is yours. And don’t forget your friends, help them share your journey by helping them get a Total Balance Company too.
