It did not pass me that this is the 11th Newsletter and in September. Our hearts and prayers will always go out to all those amazing, beautiful souls that rose to Heaven on September 11th. Never to be Forgotten.
There have been a couple of additions to the Total Balance Company Program I wanted to make you aware of.
- There is a three-week calendar now available to help guide you if just starting. When to train, how often and what days to rest. This is a basic guide to help get going. If after a day or two you feel great you can increase the days or sped up the process – but this guide will certainly help you grow with the Total Balance Company Program.
- I have now launched the YouTube Videos of the Total Balance Company seated training program to help those who are worried about standing on the Total Balance Companyright away. Fear blocks progression so I wanted to help remove fear with an even slower yet so impacting starting point. I do all the exercises in a wheelchair for those who may be wanting to find a way up and out – but all the exercises are also able to be done from a chair too. Just be aware that the progression does have to have metal poles from the seated position.
